Mark is usually "RIGHT ON"! We recently went through a complete inetgration with new software,hardware,D/R, and Chemistry machines along with changing our main lab. This has afforded us twice daily pickups from our outside lab, and we get the reuslts back in less thana 4 hours.....we can tell our clients this, and it shows our commitment to better medicine.The D/R has been wonderful.We bring up the studies on a laptop in each exam room show the owners what we see, even print a picture for them to take home.This has increased the perception of value. The new chemistry machines IN HOUSE have been able to give us answers in under 8 minutes and when we have a critically ill pet, we can have answers quickly and again, this shows our concern and level of care we attempt to give. We are taking people into the radiology area of the practice to show them the new D/R/ system and they are really impressed......we get statements like...WOW, our own Doctors don't even have this stuff.....
