Description:

Western Veterinary Conference speaker Cam Marston, in a keynote session sponsored by CareCredit, presented "Four Generations: One Opportunity," providing insight on how veterinarians can connect with Matures, Baby Boomers, Generation X and Millennials. Each group is looking for something different from the busy Boomers to the technology-driven Gen X-ers and veterinary practices will find more success by understanding how to meet their specific needs. While the Matures are currently spending the most on veterinary care, Marston says veterinary practices need to prepare for the 85 million Millennials now coming of age.
